Membership Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions:
By enrolling in a membership with the National Legal Vendor Association (NLVA), you agree to our auto-renewal terms.
Automatic Renewal:
All NLVA memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of each membership term (typically annually), using the payment method on file. This ensures uninterrupted access to membership benefits and services.
Renewal Notification:
We will provide a courtesy reminder via email prior to your renewal date. However, it is your responsibility to be aware of your renewal schedule. You can view or manage your membership status at any time by contacting us via the contact form.
Cancellation of Auto-Renewal:
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting NLVA via the
contact form. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current membership period; no partial refunds are provided for the remaining term.
Updates to Payment Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current. If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your information or pause membership benefits until payment is resolved.
Changes to Fees or Terms:
NLVA reserves the right to adjust membership rates or modify renewal terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future renewal periods.
